The MIM was based around the four fundamental elements of a successful international business education: functional methods and techniques personal development the importance of strategic information decision-making and aspects corresponding to creativity and innovation that are inseparable from a leadership role in today’s multinational and multicultural firms engaged in the constantly evolving "global" business.

To provide our students with the most up-to date methodology and systems that will enable them to be effective and competitive.
To provide a pivotal opportunity to step back from day-to-day-business, explore new ideas, and experience the freedom of learning.
To adjust today's managers' perspectives to cope with the challenges of the European market as well as the steady march towards a global economy, without undermining the values and cultures that they possess.
To create specialists, but also generalists who understand that competition is a necessary condition for the survival of an organisation.
- Requirements
It’s designed for students who wish to improve their international business management skills by developing both a better understanding of the international managerial environment and increase their competence in global decision-making.

All the students who pass the course will obtain a certificate both from EAE Business School and UPC - Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

ECONOMICS: Business in Europe, Globla economics.
FINANCE: Managing risk in International Finance.
HUMAN RESOURCES: human resources, managing risk in international human resources, professional development.
LAW: International Business law.
MANAGEMENT: Corporate Internationalisation, cross cultural management, leadership and management skills, managing risk in international operational environment, strategic management.
OPERATIONS: International Project management.
MARKETING: marketing principles and concepts, managing risk in international marketing, spain as a target market.
NEW TECHNOLOGY: e-business. LANGUAGE: spanish language.
BUSINESS PLAN
Evaluation system
Students are assessed based on both individual and group assignments completed during the course, as well as by the quality and quantity of the interactions in the online campus. Additionally, students must carry out a Business Plan as final project.
