This MSc/ PGDip Molecular Biology prepares you to work both in research and diagnostic laboratories across the pharmaceutical, biotech or biomedical sectors. Our online MSc / PGDip Molecular Biology will help deepen your understanding of a cells biological structure and will teach you the latest techniques applied in the sector. What clinical laboratory equipment will you use?
The MSc Molecular Biology programme includes an introductory module on the basic concepts of cleaning, disinfecting and sterilising laboratory equipment and materials.
In addition to this, during the optional internship, you will come into direct contact with a range of different machines that are integral to biomedical and biotech laboratory work, such as centrifuges, coagulation analysers, humidity analysers, mass comparators, and microbalances.
