This practical five-day advanced certificate in Finance for Non-Finance managers has been designed to develop delegates financial understanding, appreciation of how decisions can affect an organisation’s financial performance and improve organisation’s financial performance.The course will clarify the jargon, explore key ratios, and examine key trends and areas for concern. There will also be an emphasis on identifying any future issues, threats and opportunities and how to plan and budget for them.
FACULTY
Dave Coker has over 25 years’ experience in international investment banking, with expertise in Risk Management, Structured Products and Portfolio Management. He has done business in over twenty countries while employed by institutions such as Deutsche Bank (New York, London & Frankfurt), Moody’s (London), Dow Jones (New York) and EDS ABN AMRO Bank (Amsterdam and London). Dave holds an MSc Quantitative Finance, an Executive MBA in General Management and a PGC in Management and is completing his PhD in Finance. Dave’s first book on Investment Management will be published Q1 2012.
