In the current panorama of international tourism, concern for sustainability, growing competition between destinations and tourist demand for quality at a reasonable price are challenges that come together in an environment that is already by nature subject to continuous transformation and, in some cases, instability.
In response to this situation, the Ostelea School of Tourism and Hospitality offers a new Bachelor Degree in International Tourism, with the main aim of equipping professionals working in any functional department to successfully manage companies and businesses primarily dedicated to planning and managing international destinations and tourism products.
Reasons to take Ostelea's Bachelor Degree in International Tourism:
1. 12 month internship ¿guaranteed¿ in companies in the sector, such as NH Hoteles, Meliá, H10, Hotusa, Eurostar, Hilton, Turijobs, El Tenedor, Sixt, etc.
2. ERASMUS programme for taking part in exchanges across EUROPE.
3. Languages. Option to study the Bachelor¿s Degree in Spanish, Bilingual (Spanish and English) and with Russian as an elective language.
4. INTERNATIONAL mobility programme. As well as the ERASMUS programme, Ostelea has a large number of individual agreements in place with other foreign universities, including UPC in Lima (Peru) and the Universidad Anahuac Mayab in Mexico City (Mexico).
5. Option of choosing two programmes with a major (Strategic Management of International Tourism Companies, and Creation of Tourism Products and Promotion of International Tourism Destinations).
6. Centre authorized by the Catalan Government, Department of Education.
The Bachelor Degree in International Tourism will give you the following benefits:
